Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid return shipping label from our member portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
